       One day, the king Nila Utama heard news about a deer. The deer was very difficult to hunt. The deer was in the forest located on Tanjung Bentam Island.

      Long time ago there was an old blind man who lived in the Shut Eye Island (Pulau Timbun Mata), Sabah, Malaysia. Every day he used to sit in the sun outside his house for looking after paddy which his son had placed there to dry.       One day, his grandson played a trick on him. He caught a couple of crabs on the river and placed them on the paddy. Because of their movement, it made a noise just like chickens eating the paddy. 

“What’s that?” asked the old man in astonished face.

      Keraton and Museum of Sumenep is located in the center of the capital of Sumenep Regency. It is about two hundred meters eastern of Sumenep “Agung” Mosque or one hundred meters eastern of Adipura Park. The old building on the right side of the road is a place for keeping a gold carriage, a gift from Queen of England to Sumenep King. Besides that, it is also used to keep other inheritance, like; old chairs, old table and the other inheritance.

      To reach the center of Sumenep town, tourists have to cross the northern coast of Java through two ways. The first is through Suramadu Bridge and second through the Port of Tanjung Perak, Surabaya toward Port Kamal, Bangkalan, Madura. The Kamal Port and Suramadu Bridge are located at the western end of Madura island, while the location of Keraton Sumenep is at the eastern edge of the island. It is about 100 km from Kamal Port or Suramadu Bridge. Karimunjawa islands are about 80 km northwest of Jepara, a small town in Central Java. It can be reached by a ferry boat from Kartini Port in Jepara to Karimunjawa for about 3 hours. Lombang Beach is located northeast side of Sumenep. It is about 25 kilometers from the city of Sumenep. It is exactly located in the Lombang Village, Batang-batang District, Sumenep Regency. It can be reached about an hour from the city of Sumenep or five hours from the city of Surabaya.

       Lombang Beach has beautiful scenery. The sand of the beach is white. There are many spruce fir farmers that sell their spruce fir bonsai trees. Obviously, Lombang beach bordered by thousands of natural spruce fir (casuarinas) that make the beach feels fresh. This Casuarinas Equisetifolia (Cemara Udang) is naturally growth along Lombang beach and it is very famous in the world, because Casuarinas Equisetifolia can live only in Indonesia and China, so that it feels calm and comfortable. read more

         Komodo is a giant lizard-like creature with large has 2-3 m long and weight up to 165 kg,. Despite the scary appearance, komodo dragons are not active hunters’ animals, they are a patient predator. In the wild, Komodo dragons hunt weak prey or have been injured.
